Shopping Information

1. Where do you ship from?

All of our products are made-to-order and shipped from our trusted fulfillment partners in the US, UK, and Asia, depending on your delivery location.

2. Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the US, UK, most Asian countries, Australia, and New Zealand. If you're unsure whether we ship to your country, feel free to contact us before placing an order.

3. How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery time is 4–8 business days after fulfillment. Please note that delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or other external factors.

4. How much is shipping?

Shipping fees vary depending on the item and destination:

  • US: $5–$9
  • UK: $5–$10
  • Asia/Australia/New Zealand: Calculated at checkout

You’ll see the exact cost before completing your purchase.

5. Will I receive a tracking number?

At this time, we do not offer tracking for all orders. Some items may include tracking depending on the destination and shipping method, but it's not guaranteed. If you have concerns about your order, feel free to reach out to us at any time.

6. Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations aren’t always possible. Please email us within 2 hours of ordering, and we’ll do our best to help.

7. What is your return and exchange policy?

We only accept returns or exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and order details. We’ll make things right.

8. My order arrived damaged or wrong — what now?

We’re so sorry about that! Please contact us immediately with your order number and photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.

9. Do you offer gift wrapping or personal messages?

We currently do not offer gift wrapping. However, we’re happy to include a custom note — just add it in the "Order Notes" box at checkout.

10. I entered the wrong shipping address — can I fix it?

Please email us right away. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address. Once it's been dispatched, we’re unable to make changes.

Payment Information

1. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment options as displayed at checkout.

2. Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted systems. We never store your credit card details.

3. Can I use multiple payment methods for one order?

Unfortunately, our system only supports one payment method per order at this time.

4. Do you offer discounts or promo codes?

From time to time, we offer special promotions to our subscribers and loyal customers. Sign up for our newsletter to stay updated.

5. I’m having trouble with my payment — what should I do?

If your payment isn’t going through, double-check your details or try a different card. If the issue persists, please reach out to us and we’ll assist promptly.

Orders and Returns

1. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We begin processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are not always possible. Please email us within 2 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to help.

2. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can update your shipping details. Unfortunately, once it’s in transit, we’re unable to make changes.

3. What is your return and exchange policy?

We only accept returns or exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with photos and your order number.

4. Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Unfortunately, because all items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns due to change of mind, incorrect item choice, or sizing issues.

5. What happens if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience. Please email us with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

6. How long does it take to process a return or exchange?

Once we receive your return request with valid proof, we typically process your replacement or refund within 3–5 business days.
