Refund and Returns Policy
At Miodoi Illustration, every item is created with love and care. We want you to be happy with your purchase — so if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Returns

As most of our products are made-to-order and/or custom-designed (such as art prints, mugs, and phone cases), we do not accept returns for change of mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll do our best to make it right.
2. Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
- The item was damaged during shipping
- You received the wrong item
- Your item is defective
To request a refund, please send us an email at mio@miodoiillustration.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and packaging
- A brief explanation of the issue
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund or exchange:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Sale items or gift cards
5. Shipping Costs

We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
